- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

- You agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities while using the App.

- You retain ownership of the content you submit or share through the App.

- By posting content on the App, you grant Braid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your content.

4. Privacy

5. Intellectual Property

- Braid owns all intellectual property rights in the App and its content.

- You may not use the Braid name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App for any reason without notice.

- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided by users.

8. Limitation of Liability

- In no event shall Braid or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App.

9. Governing Law

These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
